Lou replaced a frozen and leaking shut off valve in an awkward location in about a half hour. I like the notifications from the company announcing the repairman, complete with a photo and his arrival time. Lou was very friendly and efficient. Mr. Stefanski and his team was excellent. I was assigned to Mr. Ray by my insurance company after another company could not come out and look at my main sewer line that was clogged. Mr. Ray came out ask some questions left and sent Mr. Bobby the next day who worked to get so many roots out of my line to allow me to flush the toilet and take a bath. Mr. Bobby was very professional and a master at his work. Mr. Stefanski got the approval to have my main line replaced and had a team out a few days later and these men dug my ground up, replaced the line, covered the ground back ip and was done in a few hours while being professional the entire time. My hot water heater went out on Thanksgiving. I called several places and struggled to find someone to come out especially without a huge fee. Dave was willing to come out and was at my house an hour later. He assessed and fixed the problem quickly and charged a reasonable price. I would definitely work with Dave again.
