We had a blockage in our plumbing and it started to back up in the basement. I called Shaw Trenchless and they sent J.B. over within the hour. He was professional, courteous and efficient. He scoped our pipes to the house and to the main sewer line in a matter of minutes. He discovered a couple of root blockages and referred me to “The Drain Specialist” to have them removed. Then I took J.B.’s advice and called the Drain Specialist. They too responded within the next hour.
The technician cleaned the pipes to the house and to the sewer main within a few minutes. Very efficient, clean, and professional service. And on top of that, he only charged me for one hour of labor. What a surprise to deal with such a great local business. With everything else in the world going wrong, it is refreshing to know that there are honest, hardworking, fair businesses out there. No surprises, no broken promises, no shenanigans! This is the way businesses used to operate. I’m pleasantly surprised as well as fortunate, and you will be too, that The Drain Specialist does business the “Old School” way…with a look in the eye, a firm handshake, and their word as their bond! I highly recommend them for any sewer line issues you find yourself dealing with!

I called Wellmann Plumbing yesterday for an issue with our toilet, and they came not even 24 hours later, provided great service, and were very reasonably & well priced! We will be using them again if problems ever arise!

$190 charge for 30 minutes of snaking a kitchen sink line. They didn't give a quote before starting so I thought people should know the price they charge per 30 minutes of labor.

Had a wonderful experience with everyone that works here. We had some plumbing and sewage issues and it took a long time to figure out the problem. But they did an amazing job coming out and fixing it and a timely manner. Very respectful of our property. Can't thank them enough for doing such a wonderful job. Definitely will use them in the future and recommend 10 out of 10 that you do the same.

On September 7, 2021, I called Dvorak Plumbing based on their 5 star review, to get my existing water heater serviced. The pilot light kept on going out. When I told them the Yr Make & model, they immediately said on the phone that I needed a new water heater, that would cost me $1200. I had my water heater serviced by Black Hills Service Guard for the last 9 yrs and they never said that, they just fixed the problem & replaced the pilot light assembly. So I insisted that Dvorak do the same. They said they would be at my house at 3pm but they didn't actually arrive until 4pm. They had the right parts with them and when they left they said it was fixed. However, they had turned down the setting on the water heater to its lowest position A, which didn't give me any hot water. So I turned it to the C position and went to sleep. The next morning, I went to examine the water heater and it was spraying hot water all over the wall! It was coming from the connection between the overflow pipe and the side of the water heater. I called Dvorak about it and of course they said they didn't cause it and a new Water Heater would now cost me $1500,. I called around and got another company to install a 40gal replacement for $1000. Dvorak sent me a bill for $265 for the work they did.

I called because my second floor bathroom wasn't draining, they came and told me it was the main sewer line, they cleaned it and said that will fix the issue, unfortunately that didn't fix the second floor but it save me from having water damage on my basement due to sewer backup. Mark The owner of Roto Rooter called me to apologize for the inconvenience he was very professional and friendly.

Good people and great work

I can't speak for all of Mr. Rooter's technicians, but I had a great experience today with Daniel. He was prompt, courteous, competent, and efficient. He quickly identified the necessary repair, clearly explained why it was necessary, prepared a quote on the spot, and the necessary pipes replaced a few hours later.

Hired us to do a significant amount of work and refuse to pay their bills. All mail gets returned to us and no one answers the phone or returns a phone call or email. Have attempted to contact Steve, Orville, and Josh. All have ignored taking care of their debt. Pretty sad that the property owner will have to face a lien on their property because these guys won't pay their debts! Not even worth the one star I had to give to leave a review.
