Biggerstaffs had kept my old air conditioning unit running from when I moved to my house in Lincoln in 2014 until the unit finally died in June of 2020. They sent someone out on a Monday to check it, then had a crew here early on Wednesday to install the new air conditioner. They were friendly, professional, and answered every question I had. I'll keep doing business with them.

Called and received same day service. Walked me through things via phone and text so I wouldn’t have to pay an extra unneeded service charge. 10/10. Quick, tidy, and all installations done perfectly.

I've used Select Pluming a couple of times now, and seriously, the best. It's rare to find a contractor who actually holds to a schedule and communicates effectively. For example, they've scheduled a time, offered to come early if I was around, and called ahead to make sure the timing aligned with my schedule still and that I'd be available. They also were reasonably priced, did the job well, and gave great advice and recommendations along the way.

Reasonable pricing, quality work, and done on schedule. Showed up when they said they would. Didn't leave a mess.

Called in for service., Never got called back. Wasted 5 hours of my day. Call multiple times and still no response. Will not recommend This company to anyone!!!
