We had a different plumber's snake break off in our pipe. He was unable to remove it. So we needed to contact another plumber. The second plumber was unable to assist us. So off of the recommendation of a co-worker we contacted Bethany Plumbing. They responded immediately and were able come out that week. Matt was very professional and knew just what to do. Within about 20 min he had the line and blockage free! I was so happy as the second plumber thought we would probably need to go through the concrete to get to the line.
