Biggerstaffs had kept my old air conditioning unit running from when I moved to my house in Lincoln in 2014 until the unit finally died in June of 2020. They sent someone out on a Monday to check it, then had a crew here early on Wednesday to install the new air conditioner. They were friendly, professional, and answered every question I had.
