Office staffs are bad, I replaced water heater with them last week, and my home warranty company is asking the diagnosis /problem of water heater . But they said they don’t have it , they could ask technicians for this and write down the note and send it to me . But the staff are sucks they are too lazy to work. If they send that diagnosis note my warranty company would pay me $1500. Once again office staff are sucks

Horrible people to work with and for they fired me because I said 6 hrs wasn't enough for 16$ an HR and asked for more hrs the next that they gave me my paycheck and said we don't complain about the pay get the f out of here . Im been working with employment lawyers to get this settled..
