I wanted to give a shout out to Big Boy Plumbing. The pilot went out on my hot water heater so I requested service through my home warranty. They sent Ricardo with Big Boy Plumbing, i received a phone call right away and he was at my home within 24hrs. After accessing the situation I was told the part needed to be replaced, that it had been ordered, it would be a few days, also the part would be delivered to me. Due to timing and other obligations Ricardo recruited another plumber to replace the part in his absence, however the plumber never showed or called. Ricardo followed up to ensure the situation had been taken care of. Upon him learning that his replacement was a no show he apologized and assured me he would take care of the situation. Later that same day Ricardo showed up after hours in the dark with a flashlight to replace the part.
