Ino said he would be here as close to 7:00 AM as possible. He and his co-worker showed up at 7:14. They were clean, courteous, fast, efficient and very competent. They had specialized equipment and did their jobs quickly. Found the problem and suggested a low-cost solution. Ino did not try to up-sell me and made sure I understood what was wrong and how to fix it. He made sure I had no questions and volunteered to talk wiith my pool maintenance service if they had any questions.
