I spoke with her and was scheduled with an appointment date & time for an estimate only. A few days later a friendly, and very professional technician named Daniel came to my home and inspected my leaky kitchen faucet. He gave me an affordable estimate, with the option to have Straight Up provide a new faucet or I could buy my own. I opted to buy my own and immediately hired Daniel for the job. Technician Ura was prompt, wore mask and kept distance, located the problem, and gave us a couple of options. His work was thorough, cleaned up behind himself, and answered a couple of questions about our plumbing very clearly. Couldn't have asked for more.
