After a couple years of bad service going through home owners insurance I called Jason to get a quote on fixing our A/C. Within the hour I had Robert show up to take a look at our unit that was failing. Robert went over all the options and took extra time to make sure I was educated so I could make the decision. We decided not to repair our 18 year old unit and bought a new unit. To my surprise they were able to get a crane and put the unit in the same day. Clayton and another tech showed up and got straight to work putting in the unit. I am so happy to have finally found a company who understands the frustrations of a home owner when the A/C isn’t working. All three associates that came to my house were polite, courteous , and willing to answer all questions. If you need A/C, heating, or plumbing I would highly recommend calling this company out. TL the technician was very punctual, respectful and explained everything very well . When I called Active they responded quickly they said it would be between 10 and 12 he was here at 10 and had my air working before 11 and in Vegas we have triple digits this time of year so thank you Active plumbing and Air you are the best
