Did not pull permit and did not install hot water heater up to code.

Had a warranty issue with a water heater blowing up. They were here within hours of the incident. Had to come back next day to complete the fix. Arrived early, did a great job, left the area cleaner when they started

We called to fix 2 bathrooms, water was backing up in both washbasin we were charged for the snake and teplacement of a hose, but the tech didn't have a book to accept my cash. I was told that I would be given a receipt by email. I had to call several times before I received my receipt by email several days later. Leonard wouldn't provide me the name of the owner or his telephone #. Will not recommend or use them again. Not very professional.
