I was approached at Home Depot to have Yes! HVAC come to my house to tune-up my AC units.They called me mid day to inform the technician got tied up on another repair. I scheduled my day around these guys only for a no show. Very unprofessional, dispatch another guy, ask if he could come after hours, but no. Offered to come out in a week.
