You hear so many horror stories about home warranty companies sending out subpar companies to address your concerns. Not with Sin City Plumbing. My home warranty was quick to respond to my pilot light not igniting on my water heater. I was informed it would take 24-48 hours to hear from someone, not the case. Within 12 hours Sin City informed me that they'd be at my house and gave me a 4 hour time frame and were there earlier than expected (PLUS!!!). They did what they could with the pilot light and a few days later they had a new water heater installed. I plan on using Sin City for any plumbing issues that come up and referring them to friends and family. I truly appreciate that they valued my time and their professionalism.
