Louis, and the two techs that came out, Robert and Hector, were some of the most professional and knowledgeable people I've seen in the business. The techs explained everything and were honest about what they found and what was needed. Louis gave us so many options for the new unit and even set us up with a loaner portable AC so at least part of the house would be cool this late in summer. It's so rare to find a good service company out here, they absolutely deserve the five stars they have. Thanks you guys.
