I DIG Dignity Plumbing! This company was new to several companies I've had come out over the years. Want to talk about quick, accurate, knowledgable and professional, think DIGNITY. I don't gain anything from this review besides referring someone who was fabulous for me. I will take time to write a review when I am beyond happy and I will throw out all my other business cards as long as Kenny and Scott are on the job. They knew what needed to be done and got down to business. Kenny was very honest, informational and Scott was the brains in the operation getting parts, replacing coils and even going beyond to find warranties to save me money. Those two are like a good peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I am thrilled with their work and will wholeheartedly recommend them as well as Thomason Construction Inc. ALL. DAY. LONG. Thank you guys for all of your help. You've earned a customer for life!

Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
