Scheduled on Thursday for Saturday 8-10am. Shows up at 7:35am without a phone call, shirt untucked, arrogantly sauntering to my front door. I wake my partner, he looks at shower with leaking hot water, and then wastes 20 mins asking questions. I explained the problem when he arrived and that we have had it repaired before while he mansplained how intricate and difficult things can be in plumbing. He left at 8am to get parts. When he didn't return by 9:30am I called the company and said we were done. 5 mins later another person from the company calls me and I yelled that for $131.00 an hour was outrageously ridiculous for their lack of professionalism. She wanted to talk but I was done and hung up. BTW got it repaired by someone else for $85.00 with a lesson on how to do it myself next time!

I called them about this job they wanted to hired me on but dude at raptor plumbing didn't do much to help me out about the job. People at the office lazy or bad mode

Ed & Brandon came out because my hot water heater was leaking from the bottom. After a few modifications on my new water heater it was up & working. These guys do excellent work. I would recommend Ace to family & friends.

We recently found ourselves without AC in 115° heat . I called Best and they sent a tech out within the hour. Khoder was the tech that came and evaluated the situation. Unfortunately we needed a whole new AC unit. Khoder assisted us with getting everything financed and the unit was scheduled for install the next day. Khoder and the techs who did the install and QC check were very professional, friendly, showed up when scheduled, and were very knowledgeable on the product. I give Best 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.
