Lauren was very professional and on time for the appointment. Unfortunately we were unable to use his Services as it was not what it appeared to be as far as Plumbing goes. He assessed the situation and gave us a reference and recommendation to the services that we would need. He cleaned up the mess we would not even know he had been there.
