We thought we were having an issue with our septic system back flow. They didn’t even inspect our septic system...just said we needed a new one. The problem we were having wasn’t even related to it. When we got the bid to have the septic system replace, my husband and I had 10 questions and no one ever followed up with us! If we are spending $30 grand on something answer our questions!
