I have to say I am always very skeptical when I have to call a plumber, carpenter, AC repair etc.... because you always hear these stories of people getting ripped off and taken advantage of but not with Super Plumber!!

We were having an issue with our AC and my husband thought he fixed it however I wanted it checked anyway as I know the summer is coming and I HATE the heat! I called them and spoke to Tom who was able to come 2 days later during the exact time that worked for us (between 12-2). We were having issues cutting out on our phones so he sent me a text and I sent him all our information and he confirmed the app for us.

Thursday came and my husband was home but at 2pm he said they haven't called him yet so I reached out to Tom and not only was he extremely apologetic (there was glitch in the app schedule) he called my husband right away and came directly over to our home!

When he came he didn't push anything extra on us, I asked my husband to ask about cleaning the AC and he said we didn't need it and it was a ripoff! Anyone could have jumped on that and had us waist our money so they could do the work but he didn't, he was extremely honest, professional, and fair, he even waived the services charge because of the mix up in time!

He walked around and took the time to explain everything to my husband and found that our AC was fine (thank goodness!!).

If you have an issue with your AC you should definitely reach out to them as I cant recommend them enough!!

DMC Plumbing is a trustworthy, best-in-service company that I would not hesitate to refer to family and friends. I am always pleased with their repairs, ranging from finding and stopping leaks, installing HVAC systems, repairing appliances, and the list goes on. They are responsive and very professional. While it remains to be seen if my central A/C unit continues to function properly, I have nothing but good things to say about the professionalism and apparent attention to detail from this morning's visit. After a weekend of excessive heat, my A/C was struggling to keep up. I called Royal Air this morning and they said they would try to get out to us today, the earliest being the afternoon. But less than hour later they called to say they could swing by in the morning. Chris showed up with his diagnostic equipment at the ready, got it plugged in and monitoring, and even cleaned the side filters of my unit. After about 15 minutes he gave it the all-clear, saying that everything checked out and it was likely just overheating due to dirty filters. He didn't try to sell me on anything, told me to keep an eye on it for a few days, and if any issues come up, they'd be right out to take a look. Definitely adding them to my contacts. And I'm definitely going to work on being better at home maintenance.

We used Dan and his team for a complete home renovation including Kitchen. He and his crew are experts and perfectionists. His insights into designs and details were impressive and very helpful. There were delays because of supply chain issues but Dan never complained and always worked around the schedules.

I would highly recommend this company for any general contracting work as well as complete renovations of the house. They are reliable and worth the money spent.

This company is the most professional I've ever seen. They were on time and worked in a timely manner. Not only did they get the work done but they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results.

I am very disappointed in this company. Obviously I am not the only one since they only received 2.8 stars out of 5. Barely over 50%. I had two appointments with them and they cancelled both times. The appointments were 5 days apart. They certainly had time to fit me in. The excuses were that there is a heatwave and therefore a lot of people want their AC fixed (DUH, why do they think I was calling?) and secondly they said it was the hours I keep at my office and these hours were not convenient for them. So basically it was my fault. I told the fool I was speaking with to forget it and called someone else. Within 50 minutes a very reliable and intelligent man from Ideal Climate HVAC was at my office fixing the problem. I now have a new AC man who I will refer all my patients to. Very poor business Kook and Son.
