My mother and I found a huge leak in our utility room the other day, we had no idea what happened so we called them up today and they sent Peter Skubera right over on the dot. From the beginning he was a nice, humble man who only wanted our issue to be solved.He quickly identified the issue, which was our fridge line. He solved it instantly and our leakage stopped. He pointed out that if we didn't realize it was the fridge line, we could've had a lot more damage.All in all Roto-Rooter did a wonderful job stopping the damage, and reversing everything that was done for such a good deal too! Peter was just happy that we were able to solve our issue and I am very thankful for this company. We will call again if there's any further issues!

I was getting appliances delivered and ran into an unexpected issue that required a plumber to finish the installation. Of the handful of plumbers I reached out to, Dependable Plumbing was far and away the most courteous. They kept me posted on how soon a tech could make it out and were reasonable with me in pricing. The tech Reno was polite, cheerful, friendly, neat and did a terrific job.

I've had nightmare experiences in the past trying to get service technicians to come to Hoboken, and this company is so the opposite that I needed to sing their praises loudly. I would absolutely recommend them to someone who needs a plumber in the Hoboken area.

Originally I gave them (celestial air) 5 stars but now they just keep trying to rip us off. They came to fix our boiler problems and every fix they made did not work out so every time they came they charged us a ridiculous amount. Please find a more reputable source cause these guys are not it.
