The service repair person (Javier) was nice but did absolutely nothing to fix the problem with our tankless water heater. Rather than replace the faulty mix valve (a simple fix), he said that a replacement part wasn’t available and recommended that we purchase a new system for $6300 (after giving me an initial quote of $8000). What a ripoff move.We ordered the brand new part online for $59 and installed it ourselves in 15 minutes. The water heater is now working perfectly, no thanks to Stan’s.Be very careful of this company. Needless to say, we will never use them again

Great service! I’ve known them for years, local and family owned years. The last time that I used them it was because my kitchen sink had a weird smell and like I enrolled in the maintenance plan they gave me priority. I was scheduled for the next available slot and they got to my house with a truck full of parts and equipment just to make sure that they finished the job the same day
