----UPDATED REVIEW---At 9:15 PM Saturday our cool knight in shining armor, Javier, showed up and rescued us from the heat. After some quick troubleshooting, he identified the issue was the capacitor which he quickly replaced. Then, Monday afternoon, Roy showed up for the pre-scheduled appointment and replaced the faulty Ecobee thermostat as planned. Both Javier and Roy explained that they received no notifications of the issues we were experiencing and that they had both been available Saturday to provide support if only they had known. I shared the names of the three phone operators I talked with and they said they would followup.-----ORIGINAL REVIEW----At this time, I really can not even give a one star rating. After purchasing a new A/C system from Radiant for about $19K, I am sitting in my home less than a year later with no cooling. Concerns about the unit malfunctioning were reported over a week ago. About five days later a technician came to review the issue and stated that he thought a new Ecobee thermostat was needed. A new part was ordered and installation was scheduled for a week later. In the meantime, the A/C system completely stopped cooling on a Friday night. I have now spent all day Saturday trying to get a technician to provide support. I have talked with four different phone operators that provide overflow support to Radiant. Each one has stated that a technician will soon call but no one has. I will be happy to edit this post if service and support is provided. Currently, I am getting hotter under the collar by the minute!

I received service from Tom and Jonathan. They were so helpful and friendly throughout the time they were at my home. If I ever have a plumbing issue in the future I am 100% going through Honest Plumbing. Thanks for the help!

Very quick response during a busy time. Got it to us in 2 days and quickly completed the repairs and was careful to try not to disturb my children during their naps while completing the repairs
