Bobby was our technician and was MOST instrumental in helping us diagnose and repair an issue that was causing low water pressure. I couldn’t be more satisfied. After not having hot water for almost 3 weeks and then having to start shutting the water off to the whole house ARS of Austin was a blessing to me and my family. I called the emergency number on Lowe’s website, I told them what was going on with my water heater and what I needed. As soon as I hung up with the representative, my phone rang and it was a very nice young lady getting me set up for someone to call me for a quote on a water heater installation. I had a water heater installed within 2 days of speaking with ARS representatives. Everyone was so professional. The plumbers did a fantastic job installing my water heater. They also reached out to me and sent pictures of water damage to my walls and areas of mold on the wall to make sure that I was aware of it. I am in the process of getting that taken care of as well.
