I had heard the radio ads for Goettl for multiple months that sounded a bit too good to be true, but when one of my A/C condenser units began making noises it shouldn't, I thought I would put their ads to the test.I have to say that after the Goettl Technician (Chris) showed up on time, and very professionally and efficient fixed the issue as well as performing a Semi-annual maintenance service on my other 2 units, I was quit impressed. Chris was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem quickly, answered all my questions and offered several very useful recommendations on future system usage.I have to say I was quite impressed and pleased. Very nice job, and an easy company to work with, from the booking/scheduling folks to Chris. I will be using Goettl in the future.

I received service from Tom and Jonathan. They were so helpful and friendly throughout the time they were at my home. If I ever have a plumbing issue in the future I am 100% going through Honest Plumbing. Thanks for the help!
