My bath tub was not draining and I called Revels Drains and Repairs to come take a look. Jacob resolved my issue very quickly along with another issue in my laundry room. The pricing is unbeatable in this economy where other plumbing companies are price gauging you for the same services. Jacob was on time, very professional and explained everything very simply for someone who has no knowledge of plumbing. I have recommended this company to everyone I have talked to about plumbing in the past few weeks. Would use over and over again!

I had called Rock Solid Plumbing to fix a leaking shower valve as well as to replace a failing gasket with the hot water knob on my tub. While the tech did fix the shower issue. He said that he would contact me to find a hard-to-find part with my tub. Nevertheless, he never did follow through. I found out later on, I could have fixed the shower myself with some pipe dope and a $30 faucet from home depot. While the gentleman was nice enough, I would have appreciated an account credit for the service call at least and a phone call to let me know they are looking for the part.
