Joe was great , courteous , knowledgeable , friendly.Answered all my questions and I had a lotWill recommend and use again.I gave this business a five star rating and I stand behind that based on the work joe performedHowever I give a 1 star rating for follow up on their partI was promised a callback regarding a warranty issueI never heard back from them.Tom says he’s different from hvac companies about how they treat their customers. I don’t see any difference if they cannot follow up with what they promise.I paid a premium price for their service and they failed.
