Left a message for emergency service they said it would be time and a half for the service. I agreed to pay that charge. They finally called back saying there was no way they would be able to get here today. All they did was hold me up from finding somebody that could come fix my problem. I would never recommend or use the service.

You do not want to work for this company of your looking for a job they're much better paying places and they don't have benefits for their employees

I called Nelson Plumbing to come out and fix a leaking valve. They were not able come out, but recommended another company. It's a measure of good business that even when a company cannot 'fix' your problem, they are still trying to 'solve' your problem.

Tried calling and got a machine. Press 1 for plumber and press 2 for all other calls. I wanted a quote so pressed 2. Machine said were sorry, this line is only for plumbers and hung up on me. Annoying machine. Option 1 wanted my zip. No thanks.
