Chris from Bert Norman came out within time frame and repaired my toilet that was leaking. The job was done in short time and he left my guest bath in clean, and perfect condition. Nothing to do after he left. He was friendly, efficient, and very respectful. Price was good also. I truly recommend!!

I asked for a scope video of an older home that I thought might have clay tiles. The plumber with the video camera was prompt and had good equipment and knew what to do. As it turned out the plumbing had been replaced with PVC and there was just one connection that was questionable as a result of a Fernco coupling having a small separation between the connected pvc pipes but the camera allowed very careful review to determine that it appeared to be working properly. The owner answered his phone on Sunday and sent me the video and went through it with me. I thought this was above and beyond.
