Griffin's office was very responsive about scheduling and the next business day their technician Dustin arrived promptly for an on site inspection. He discussed 3 options/levels of service and provided detailed descriptions with quotes through an online system. Immediately after accepting an installation option a scheduler called to book me at my nearest convenience. I received email/text confirmations and a call from Dustin prior to his arrival. Dustin was courteous and professional. His work was thorough and he added several upgrades to the plumbing valves and mounting brackets. He clearly cared about the quality of his work and my satisfaction.
