This was my first experience with Snyder and I will be using them for all my A/C needs in the future. My technician, Jeremy, was efficient, friendly, and courteous. He immediately diagnosed the problem (a clogged condensate line) and quickly flushed it out. He explained everything that he did and made me feel very comfortable with his level of expertise and his ability to solve my problem. I will be recommending Snyder to everyone.
