From receptionist to finished product our experiences with Bell have been lovely. We have used bell for both our whole house humidifier installation (which I strongly recommend to anyone living in this beautiful but dry state) and a furnace repair (thankfully the only things we've needed) since moving into our new home. Dalton was amazing! He came out sooner than anticipated, advised what was the most likely culprit. There was nothing he could physically do at that point, but he even called us to follow up to ensure that things were still going well. We will 100% recommend this company specifically because of the customer service that Dalton provided.

I've been without water for more than 24 hours. Called to see where my tech was and it turns out they scheduled me for tomorrow instead. Will not be using them in the future.

Andre was a very competent and pleasant person. He quickly fixed the problem. Ashley handles making appointments and managing everything and she is very pleasant and efficient can't ask for more thanks
