I called Bell Plumbing for service on my Water Heating System heater.The ignition sensor needed to be cleaned and wouldn't come on.The technician, cleaned it with a wire brush and it started to work again, charged me $189 and left.But about an hour later, I noticed that the heater was not coming on.I called back Bell Plumbing, and as the technician had not gone too far, he was back pretty quickly.He said, yeah this part we need to replace and need to come from another location, so we will need to come back to install. Also I am going on vacation and some other Bell technician will need to install it.But I was more interested in him trying to clean it again, as the weather was cold.He did wire brush it again and it came back on, and he left.I said, well maybe it will stay on, if it does we can just cancel the appointment for tomorrow, which I did.I got a call a week later saying that I owe them something like $89 for re-stocking fee.I told them what had happened as above, but she said, based on our policy they have to collect re-stocking fee.So I said, my policy is not to pay for your technician's incompetence.Anyway, RE-STOCKING FEE?Are you kidding me.All these companies are Shameless.If I could have given zero starts, I would have.

Kyle was early, professional, courteous, efficient, and clear in his explanation of what was needed. His work even looks tidier than what we had on the house before! Very happy with his work and will ask for him if we need any more plumbing work in the future!
