I called A Better Plumber to fix a botched job by another contractor. The plumber who came to my home was Eric George. He was able to narrow down where the leak in bathtub was coming from and then expertly fixed it. Eric was very professional and really knows his trade. He talked me through the leak situation and explained what needed to be fixed and why. He was patient with my lack of knowledge, friendly, and used his sense of humor to help in this very stressful situation. I would definitely recommend him and use him again. Thanks Eric!

Had backup in our basement. Called Roto Rooter in Boulder because we had used them two or three years ago (2015). The same service person, Andy, came out and cleaned out our sewer. He could not totally clear our line and recommended a TV scoping be done. Because of the service call the TV scoping was free and done the same afternoon. It showed that the line was blocked where it met the main - clearly visible. We signed an estimate / contract for the sewer to be repaired at the main (spot fix). David Davey was the crew chief who handled our estimate and scheduling. He was very good to work with. The crew of three who showed up to dig out and repair our sewer (in the street) were excellent to work with and did a great job. Our sewer line was totally clogged for several feet where it met the main and they replaced it. They showed me the clogged portion removed and I was astounded at that it even worked at all. I would recommend David Davey and his crew for the good work they did.
