Phil and David tended to the water leak in one of our condo units which was caused by a clogged toilet. The leak resulted in significant damage to the neighboring unit as well as damage to the common elements. They both were very professional and patient while working with residents to remedy the issue. They provided expert opinion on a possible temporary fix, but warned that it won't be cost effective. They ended up getting permission to enter the unit where they determined the source of the leak was and ultimately found and fixed the problem. Phil talked to the unit owner advising her that her toilet needs to be replaced in order to avoid further incidents of the same nature. They worked on the problem for over 3 hours ultimately providing solution, which enabled 48 residents of the building to have their water turned back on the same day instead of having to wait until the next morning. Thank you, Phil and David for your professionalism and care. Philip was an awesome guy, very quick, professional, honest, and fairly priced. The job took a bit longer than previously stated because my shower was pretty messed up and her didn't have the part he needed...BUT when the part showed up it took him probably not 30 minutes to fix it. I'm happy to shower im my room again, so thank you!
