Toilet running - Plumber came out immediately told me I needed a new toilet for $1200 (my home is 5 years old) when I told him that he looked in the tank and said well I need to replace all the insides and remove the tank for $600.00. I told him no - googled Kohler repairs. Kohler says the tank does not need to be removed to replace the parts. Kohler gave clear instructions how to replace the Flush seal ring - went to Home Depot bought a Kohler seal ring for $8.00 replaced it in 15 min. I am a senior woman and their plumber obviously thought I had no clue and could charge me $1200 for a new toilet. I called the owner of Brothers who never called back - I would like me $67.00 trip charge for which he only tried to rip me off, returned. If you are considering using this company DONT and look at their Yelp reviews instead of their self reported google reviews. They obviously want to take advantage of people and especially senior women!!

Was a simple fix so only was charged a trip fee. Did not take advantage and make it out to be more. Sometimes some companies try to take advantage of seniors but that was not the case with this company. Would recommend them for any service.

Called Bell Plumbing, Heating early Saturday morning to schedule an appointment. They were able to schedule us same day. Our technician Josh was very professional as well as personal. He checked out the furnace, told us exactly was the problem was and went to work. Thank you Josh and Bell for the great job. I will definitely be recommending Bell and Josh in the future.

This was my first time using Tipping Hat, I was impressed to say the least. Received a text 30 min before arrival and then Seth did arrive right on time.The service was great, Seth took care of my issue in the kitchen and then was very thorough in helping me find a leak.I would highly recommend Tipping Hat and Seth!

They arrived several hours earlier than the appointment, calling first of course. Plus I received text messages and emails of arrival times, expectations, who was assigned as my service person. The three individuals I dealt with plus their call center were polite, well spoken, cleanly dressed, excellent manners and treated me and my home with respect. Also very professional and knowledgeable, knowing when to escalate matters. They were very thorough, transparent, and invited me ti watch every step, including video, snake, assessment of the situation. This was a 4 hour process and at the end I was presented with 3 options, and a comprehensive person-to-person FAQ on each option. No pressure, no scamming, no salesman approach, no overinflated prices, miraculously, given the current inflationary environment. Quite possible the best experience I have ever had with the service industries, and I have a fair amount of experience in this space with rental properties, etc. .
