Michael spent a lot of time making sure the installation of our new furnace was perfect. He was at our house for at least 5 hours making sure the vents fit properly and ensuring it was a good job. He installed a current-code vent pipe in our hot water heater. He went above and beyond. Before starting the job, he laid down carpet runners to protect the flooring. After he was done, he spent time showing us how to maintain the furnace. He did a fabulous job!!!

Top Shelf was great. When a ductless AC unit malfunctioned n the middle of August they were quick to get me on their schedule, quick to diagnose the problem and quick to offer a solution. Highly Recommend their services.

Last week the Plumbline guy Ran a camera down the sewer line and told me it was ‘the worst sewer line’ he had ever seen, and that I needed to get it replaced immediately. The bid was $20,000!! The video was very poor quality, so even when I sent it to other professionals, they could not make any determination from it. Today I had HydroPhysics and 24/7 Drain come out at the same time. They roto rooted the line and took a quality video. Outcome: the entire sewer line is intact, and there was only a root intrusion near the city main which they ground out with the rooter. Plumbline was CLEARLY either highly incompetent, or more likely flat out dishonest about the condition of the sewer line. VERY DISAPPOINTING INDEED. How can they sleep at night?? I’m disgusted!
