Best Central Air Maintenance in Aurora CO

Very happy overall with our experience with Brothers. It was a slightly a rocky start as it took a couple weeks to get a booking and then had to reschedule out another couple of weeks but for a valid reason, so we had to deal with a malfunctioning evaporative cooler during a bit of a heatwave. It was worth the wait though; Paul did an awesome job with the repair the same day arrived and knew his stuff. It probably wasn’t the cheapest option, but I believe we got our money’s worth, and Paul seemed diligent in making sure we only received the services needed. Our cooler has been functioning great and Paul gave us a lot of great tips for getting the best performance as this is our first experience with this type of appliance. He used shoe covers on our carpets and was also super sweet with our pesky toddler - great customer service overall.

Nick Sherman was excellent, he solved our problem way faster than we thought it would take anyone to fix it! Would recommend reaching out if you need any help with electricity. Specially with these old homes that have a funky wiring system. He super friendly and professional! Recommend 10/10!

Called them because of the good reviews, the lady who answered was very nice. She told me to send pictures of the old one with the label which
I did. Even followed up with another email later that day. ( she said the workers call between each job ) Never heard a thing back.
Update, I have changed the rating as he did call us back. It wasn't the same day as I was told it would be but he did call. He was also very apologetic about the miss connunication and I respect them for that.

Service Network has been the long term HVAC vendor for Girls Inc. They are great to work with, have fair pricing, and do a great job. Kelly that works in the office is very responsive and helpful.
