I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the lack of communication. My tech was suppose to arrive at 12:30 and was a no show. I called the company and she had no idea where he was and said that they could arrive anytime between 12:30 and 2:30. I was never told this information in the initial stages of setting the app. On top of that they confirmed my app two days ago by text for an 8am when someone from the company called and asked to change it from 2pm to 12:30pm she had no idea that the app was originally set for 8am. I was understanding and allowed them to change it to 12:30 for them not to show up. Please don’t waste your time with this company. They are unorganized and maybe God was saving from wasting hundreds of dollars. 0 starts.
