Best Water Restoration in Irving TX

I'm am not a fake I called and asked for a appt he was very rude! Told me it would be a minimum of 180.00 and he would text me for my address and details! Unprofessional to handle business with a text a phone call would have been better IMO! I found another company who could come immediately and for a better price. I called Chris and nobody answered so I left a message because the recording said leave a message that I was canceling. He then called and told me I should have kept calling til someone answered that it would have the right thing to do I let him know as thought he was rude the first time we spoke.

They took my call and said they did septic tanks. Then at the last minute told us they don’t do that and wasted my day. Unprofessional.

They showed up on time, were very courteous, walked me through the different options for my water heater replacement, and completed the work in minimal time. They cleaned up the area very well also after they finished. I was really pleased with their service. I highly recommend them!

They damaged various things. Threw away part of something that was not included in the insurance paid repair resulting in us having to purchase a new one that costs around 800.00. They stated it would be at least 90 days before they could reinstall anything.
