I had a great experience. Got an appointment the next day after I called. Diego was fast and took care of everything we needed. He gave us good info on a few other issues we were thinking about, telling us which were the most important and which not to worry about. I will call them next time I need a handyman!

We had a drain issue and from Darrell in dispatching to our service technicians, Vincent, David Terry and John Scarbrough, everyone was highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They worked as a team in setting up our service in a very timely manner and were impressive with how they handled problem solving! When one thing didn’t work, they called in their associates to cover every detail. We were very impressed with their high level of service to insure our job was properly evaluated and fixed. They were also very fair and just with the pricing of our job and we greatly appreciated this aspect! John Scarbrough was called in to complete our job, with all the proper equipment and expertise to finalize what our job needed, including our final billing and we couldn’t be happier with his service and fairness. We not only are very satisfied with the work completed but we are extremely happy to have found our new plumber for all our future plumbing needs, in John! His honesty and integrity, combined with his skill as a plumber makes us feel very confident and comfortable. And to know if we ever have excavation needs, that David will be there, too! Roto-Rooter was the right company to call and the only company we’ll be calling in the future!

They damaged various things. Threw away part of something that was not included in the insurance paid repair resulting in us having to purchase a new one that costs around 800.00. They stated it would be at least 90 days before they could reinstall anything.
