Best New Fixtures in Irving TX

SO FRUSTRATING to try to buy a simple part from this outfit, unless it happens to be in the storem
(1) Went to local store to get a simple plumbing partwe dont carry that
(2) looked online---yes we carry it online
(3) Ordered online and it was supposed to be shipped to the local store
(4) 4 days later I phoned store to check if package arrived in the store --after fighting their horrible phone system i was told Gee whiz it was not shipped to the store something went wrong!

HERES WHATS BROKEN IN MY OPINION
(1)STORE/ONLINE sales seem to be disconnected from each other. They live in two different worlds. with no real communication.

(2) Customer Cannot phone store people . Call store in irving and I got somebody in San Antonio sitting at a computer, who claims they will 'check their system and find the answer.

(3) Ferguson has set up a Phone IVR greeting system to try to give people impression of a seamless billion dolar operation, similar to Home Depot's. But they fail on that point. So when you phone the greeting asks you to choose from MANY different departments --Go the store you see 2 people there --who is kidding who? All that false complexity does not help at all

Joseph said I had a drain pipe that needed repair in the front yard. The job was supposed to take 3 days. I paid half down, and the next day they dug a hole. It has since been a week of excuses, no shows, and unanswered calls/texts. I am left with a hole, a large section of grass that will be dead from the smothering, and now must find another plumber to complete the job. I'm out $1400 plus damages to my lawn.
I have all the calls and texts to back my claims. BEWARE!

Came out to look at waterfall wall faucet that had little flow. Plumber said it was probably the cartridge. Came back the following week with a cartridge. The manufacturer had gone out of business. Replacing the cartridge didn't help. The plumber had no idea what to do. They get two stars only because he didn't charge me for the cartridge or the 2nd call.

Called another plumber who had more experience with types of wall faucets. He took the plate off and cleaned the area where the buildup happens. No parts needed.

Great work and reasonable pricing.

I called for a simple bathroom tile repair that turned out to be a sign of a much bigger problem. They were able to assess the problem and suggest a solution within a few hours of my call. Bad experience, hidden fees and not honest pricing

Well we accidentally lost a Hot Wheels car to the main shower drain and began backing up... Needless to say another company came out the day before and flat out said no can do and that we would need to bust up the shower slab up to retrieve the car and would need a full concrete slab repair. Well at a cost close to $5k... I decided to call Nikki's for a second opinion and they sent someone out this morning in less than 30 minutes. Car retrieved and water is flowing smoothly!! Please call this company for assistance. Nikki's not only saved us thousands of dollars and weeks of headaches, they were really kind, fast and efficient. I also had them replace an outside hose bibb the same day as well.
