Great customer service, Khuong Do tracked down the cause of our problem late into the night & had us back up and cooling!

Flawless, effortless service. Forgot the name of the person that answered the phone, but he was nice and professional. Set up up drain clearing, easy peasy. Said he was sending Bodi, was told he would call, and he DID!
Told me what time he would be there, and he was right on.
Very professional. Shook my hand. Explained what the issue may be, got to it and cleared my drains completely.

I called at least four other companies before, 3 never answered and the 4th never showed up.
