Vince arrived right on time and I recognized him at once ; I had requested a consultation to discuss replacing my heating/cooling system at least 2 years before. After going over all the details with him back then I gambled, deciding to wait.In the interim, I was told by each tech who did my inspection that the unit was fine but aging ; I never felt any pressure from anyone to buy a new system.Right before the cold snap, December 2016, the furnace died ; Vince came out and I decided on a system that meets my needs. Due to my being a long-term Tempo customer , with their rewards , this system cost me nearly $1000 LESS than what I paid for my old system, from Tempo, 20 years ago.In the 20+ years of being a Tempo customer , even before the name was changed from TD Industries, I have never had a bad experience.
