This was my first time working with Mark Ondras Plumbing. I called them at 4:30pm on a Wednesday, and they had a professional knocking on my door around 5:45pm. Kevin showed up and he was very nice. He made quick work of my stopped up tub. He walked out of the door around 6:20pm. He was polite and efficient. Everything was TOP NOTCH. If I ever need help with a plumbing issue, my first call will be to Mark Ondras. Outstanding.

James was our first and only call, he is awesome! We HAD a leaking tub drain & overflow pipe in one of the tightest areas between 2 floors and he knocked it out of the park. We used Proficient Plumbing for a main line gas leak and they were the best offer out of four quotes and the most professional too. They did the job in a timely manner and even helped us get a faster appointment with Atmos to get a technician out sooner to turn the gas back on after they had finished (which they definitely didn't have to do). We will certainly use them again in the future!

I highly recommend Joe and Plumbing 101! Always does such a great job and unlikely previous services I've used before he is not out to try to find mysterious add-ons. Always honest, he will find the issue, give you a more than reasonable quote and then perform the repair to perfection. Couldn't be happier with his work, highly highly recommend him.

I happened to google this company and it was the best decision I have ever made! We had a water leak and I called for a quote. I spoke with Robert, he came out the same day, and we want the repair done as soon as possible. We scheduled the time, they came out the next day early morning, and finished within 2 hours! Robert was knowledgeable, detailed, and his crew was professional! The service was outstanding! I called Eddie to install a swap out a gas cooktop, and he did a great job. While other big name hardware stores would not sell me an install service without an inspection first (to ensure size of countertop hole matched the cooktop), each service taking about 2 weeks turnaround, Eddie just went with what I told him about the size match and showed up on time. He and his son-in-law did a great job, checked if there were any gas leaks and then finally his son-in-law was nice enough to warn me that cooktop was calibrated to a very low flame in Low setting, with risk of going off with a ceiling fan or door shutting. So could look up hte manual and calibrate it myself to make the cooktop safe to operate.

If you’d like to lose your time, it’s good choice. I’ve been waiting for them for several weeks, and they never call me back even operator told me to call back soon. Do NOT believe their appointment, they won’t come.

I had no water all day, waiting for their guys, because they told my home warranty company they will come in today. Then I get a call informing me they're sorry, but they won't be able to send anyone until Monday! I have a small baby, no water, and now it is too late to get anyone without emergency charges.
