Oscar determined the problem very quickly. My basin always clogs, so he very quickly found the problem when he dismantled the drain stop. A tiny bit of debris of hair was causing the basin to “slow” drain. Within 5 minutes he quickly solved the issue. Oscar was easy to talk to and knew exactly what to do. Owner Dave was cordial at first towards a repipe (probably because HOA paid the tab). During the repiping process, his workers were late + smoked in my garage, spilled coffee all my fridge, and damaged my belongings in the garage. I informed him of these issues as any homeowners would and instead of apologizing, he rudely questions me for messaging him. This guy is a joke and can't man up to mistakes. Furthermore, he sent an invoice for a water heater move and then declines a few days later stating its bad karma.

Woke up this Saturday morning to find that our wall heater had crapped out, and the temps in our house had plummeted to the high 50s. Our regular heating guy doesn't work weekends, and our second choice couldn't fit us in until after Christmas. Got the number of Socal PH&AC from a friend, and cyrus showed up less than three hours later; he quickly diagnosed the problem, took care of the repair at a reasonable price, and was extremely pleasant and funny to boot. He will be our go-to guy from now on!
