Invoice # 63797113 Dt 11/04/2022. John Rocco did nothing, came in and was gone in 5 minutes. I showed him that my cleanout is broken and in return he gives me an overpriced estimate. When I refuse, then he comes up with a service charge of $89 and the invoice he sent me, won't read as a service charge at all. Total rip off, if something similar happened to you? File it with BBB, their ratings should be in negative. Would give them a MINUS STAR If I could.

From the time I spoke to the nice person who schedules the appointments, to the excellent service I received by the plumbing professionals - I had a wonderful experience with Sage Plumbers and would recommend this company to anyone in need of great plumbing work. Derek was very courteous, had a polished appearance with a smile to match. He was really professional right down to wearing booties on his feet before entering our home. He gave me a reasonable quote then immediately got started upon my approval. He got the job done quickly, neatly and efficiently. Derek showed me everything he did before having me sign off on the final invoice. There was no surprise added costs; which was very refreshing. We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

Troy was very nice, respectful accommodating, and most importantly knowledgeable about the latest technology in water heaters and plumbing. He came out immediately and had our water heater replaced within 24 hours of the call out. We had a new system replaced and we are getting hot water immediately verses the 5 min wait time we had before. I will use him for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend.
