Having a plumbing/water emergency is everyone's nightmare! EHS was quick to help! Corey from the first call had a plumber to my house within an hour. When it came to the dryout process I dealt with Jared. Jared, was extremely professional and undersood water damage and the after affects of the destruction it caused. Jared took the time to explain everything in detail and was very consciencious of the work to be done and the emotions involved as a homeowner. I would definitely recommend this company for your emergency home solution.

Derek was very courteous, had a polished appearance with a smile to match. He was really professional right down to wearing booties on his feet before entering our home. He gave me a reasonable quote then immediately got started upon my approval. He got the job done quickly, neatly and efficiently. Derek showed me everything he did before having me sign off on the final invoice. There was no surprise added costs; which was very refreshing. John, Ishmael, and Ivan did an amazing job. They solved a major pluming issue I had for a reasonable price. I always get three quotes and Mr. Rooter came in well below the rest. They arrived on time and stayed late to make sure the job was completed in one day. Ivan was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do major pluming work.

Excellent customer service! I decided to upgrade to an WiFi Thermostat and had everything installed on the wall, but couldn't figure out why no power was being routed to the thermostat. I re-wired everything several times and still had no power. I took several photos and sent them to socal to see if they could help out and sure enough, they were able to solve my problem almost instantly! The sales associate who helped me was Tim - who explained everything in great detail and even went the extra mile in providing his personal phone number in helping me quicker when I followed his solution. The issues revolved around the furnace and wiring not being properly installed. And BAM, the WiFi Thermostat worked like a charm! Socal PH&AC was very helpful and recommend them 110% to anyone with AC/Heater/Thermostat troubles!

Last Sunday, I called the company to unblock my clogged bathtub, and they booked me an appointment for next Monday morning. The plumber came earlier than scheduled. He was helpful and thorough with his work; he managed to unclog the bathtub in a few minutes and gave me a decent quote for the service. He didn't try to upsell me anything.
