Service tech., Matthew came to fix over flown toilet charge $125.00. Not working after he was gone. Another $500.00 was charged for next step ,hydro jet cleaning for nothing. Frustration and intimidation from this company. 'O' star with this company. Another company came up with better knowledge and experience, cleared the toilet.

On my way to bed, I found my kitchen sink full of water -- the adjacent dishwasher had just finished its cycle. When I tried to run the garbage disposer/use a plunger, the only thing I accomplished was making a huge mess. Although I'd never used them before, I was optimistic due to the amount of positive five-star reviews this business had received. When Jeff from Garrett's Plumbing arrived, I wasn't disappointed.

Jeff -- who texted me when he was on his way -- arrived on-time and was extremely professional and honest the entire time. Within 40 minutes, Jeff was able to diagnose and repair my issue. Best of all, he was extremely fair and didn't charge me an outrageous price for his work or try and up-charge me along the way. Once Jeff wrapped up, he took the time to answer several of my questions about the long-term health of my house. Working with Jeff, I was able to map out some long-term maintenance goals, which include putting in a proper clean-out. Thanks again Jeff, you've earned yet another life-long client.

A few months back we had an emergency back-up in our main line. Disgusting water was backing up out of our toilets and into our downstairs tub. A friend referred us to Michael who is the owner of Duggan Plumbing and Rooter Service and we could not have been more relieved. He was very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue straight away. I don’t know what we would have done without his help and he has gained a customer for life with us. We used this company for an issue with our heater that was blasting cold air through the vents instead of hot. After calling a different company the previous day that sent a guy who literally spent 12 minutes by the heater looking at it and telling us it was nothing wrong with it, the next day we tried Socal PH&AC and they sent out Tim. Tim was on time, very patient, listened to everything I was telling him it was wrong with the heater and took the time to figure out the issue. The heater is now working and Tim was very professional and courteous about the whole situation.
