We have been using Patriot for a number of years. They are always professional, prompt and through. Both Mark and Fred do a great job and leave the worksite clean and put back together. The front office staff is also incredibly helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure not only that the work is done but to explain what they are doing and why. Questionable business practices. They tell you $99 to clear a stopped pipe then when you go to pay them they say, oh yea, there's also a $20 fuel service charge. At the time you call to scheduler service they should tell you about the additional charge but they don't. Never again will I use them.
