When we called Roto-Rooter the customer service rep was very nice and helpful and kept us up to date as to when the tech would arrive. John R was the technician that showed up. He was very helpful and informative the whole time. There were no hidden fees and he walked us through the process of what he was doing. Very clean, very nice, very knowledgeable. I would highly recommended them and John for any future plumbing needs.

I cannot say enough about how awesome this complany is. Ken manages an incredible team of plumbers. His own experience as a plumber is what makes his knowledge and leadership work so well. His team (Evan, Eddie and Carmen) were genuinely happy, it was so obvious. Their skils and knoweldge saved us thousands of dollars in repairs and they were quick to pivot when a problem presented itself in our very old home with it's very old plumbing. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option! Great choice if you need HONEST, RELIABLE plumbers.

I called Sam to get an estimate to paint my house. Sam was so nice and professional. He came over to my house that day and I had the proposal the following day. His pricing was so reasonable we agreed to the proposal and he got the job done in 2 days. We asked him to also change the faucet in the downstairs bathroom. He updated our proposal and went to buy supply’s to get it done for us right away. I really appreciated his honestly and transparency. He even showed us how much he bought the faucet for and only charged for labor. I will definitely be contacting him in the future and have recommended him to our friends and family.
